Application for the flake silver powder:
1. Low-temperature polymer paste is a kind of thick film electronic slurry, composed of a conductive phase, bond, and other solvents and additives phase composition. Wherein the binding phase is the skeleton of the slurry, the carrier is a conductive phase of which is substantially the slurry rheology, make slurry has a certain resistance, adhesion and durability.
2. Silver conductor paste is widely used in various fields and capacitors, resistors, potentiometers, thick film hybrid circuits focused, sensitive components and surface mount technology and other electronic industries. According slurry conditions using different silver products, silver powder is mainly used in high temperature conductor paste and electrode paste, silver flake is mainly used for low-temperature polymer slurry, such as for the production of flexible circuit boards, touch switch and other electronic components.
