Application

The pressure controller is used for control pressure transmission power switch on/off based on the principle of instability jumping when the dish mental diaphragm is under uniform pressure load.
It is mainly used for protection and control of high and low pressure on household, commercial and automotive air conditioner refrigerating systems, and can also be used to protect and control high and low pressure on air compressor, hydraulic machines, water pump and heat pump, etc.

Operation/Working Principles

when the medium (liquid or gas) pressure within the pressure system is above or below the rated security pressure, the dish metal diaphragm within the system jumps instantaneously, thus to push the switch contact to be connected or disconnected through a connecting rod; when the pressure drops to the rated recovery value, the dish metal diaphragm is instantaneously reset and the switch is automatically reset.

With screw quick coupling or copper tube welded structure, it is flexibly installed and easily used with no special installation and fixing mode.
Insert and wire-type electrical connectors can be selected by users.
Unipolar single-throw or unipolar double-throw, normally open or normally closed switch contact structure optional for users, sealed stainless steel sensor safe and reliable.
It can be manufactured according to any pressure value selected by users within the pressure range of 3-667PSI (0.02-4.6Mpa).
Fitting structure: Copper tube welding, Copper flare fitting
