Excellent color absorbing, easy releasing, nice cutting.

Thicker than PU and strong texture.

MINSEO produces thermal transfer films for color printing. As color printing is possible, these films can be used for colorful logos, numbers & letters and special marks. By using color printing plotter machines like Roland and Mimaki, garment makers can produce their uniquely designed drawings on their garments. When the designs are made, they should not be in mirror image but in positive.

- Thickness(excluding 100micron PET liner): 160~170mic. (100~110mic. PVC, 60mic. Hotmelt)

TRANSFER CONDITION
- Temperature: 140°C(284°F) ~ 150°C(302°F)
- Pressing time: 7~10seconds
- Pressure: about 30kg
- Peeling condition: Warm peel

HOW TO USE
1. Print and cut the image in positive on PVC surface.
2. Weed the useless parts
3. Remove the image from the PET liner by using application tape (MINSEO’s Easy Mask)
4. Heat & pressure applied
5. Remove application tape when it is hot
