PROEL produces at its plant the new PROPRINT printer.

This ink jet PROPRINT printer works directly onto garments (T-shirt and various kinds of clothing) and moreover, can be very quickly converted to work as a Solvent Printer perfect for printing on glass, plastic material, plexiglass, ceramic, etc…

BIG WORKING AREA

The dimensions of printable area are: LENGTH 110 cm x WIDTH 43 cm x HEIGHT 6,5 cm that allows to print up to 3 frames simultaneously.

The great advantage of PROPRINT printer is to exploit the whole working area ( both textile and solvent) to realize any clothing and items beside the standard production of T-shirts, sweater and similar.

In reference to textile print you can easily realize printing on textile banners, canvas and painting, cotton pad for the mouse, trousers, etc….

CONTINUOUS WORKFLOW

The ProPrint print head moves along the whole working area, without any contact with the fabric in order to avoid any possible misalignment between the white layer and the color layer, and moreover it allows for a continuous workflow.

For example when the printer has completed a print, the operator is able to remove it and set in a new frame to be printed while the printer is already working on the next print.

This allows a continuous workflow avoiding loss of time ( for setting / unsetting of frames).

INKS SYSTEM

PROPRINT can be supplied with 3 different inks systems: CMYK+ fours white inks channels (for TEXTILE) , double CMYK ( for TEXTILE) for more coverage on white T-shirts , solvent inks ( for SOLVENT).

TEXTILE INK

The inks used by us are suitable to print on variety of textile including one hundred percent cotton, cotton poly blends, and certain types one hundred percent polyester .

SOLVENT INK

The inks are made by a special blend on ink solvent based. These inks have not a pungent odor like the classic solvent-based inks, in fact they are safe to use even indoors and can print on any type of material, without some gripping or after-treatment products (but anyway it is depending on the final use of the item).

These inks are made specifically for this system and need little maintenance to prevent the clogging of print head.

DISPLAY TOUCH SCREEN (optional) AND PRINTER MANAGEMENT

ProPrint is very easy to manage thanks to Auto-cleaning system (also available from Touch Screen display) to prevent the head clogging in cases where the printer is idle for a long period.

Touch Screen Display (optional) to manage right away the main functions and to send the graphic file to the printer.

EQUIPPED WITH INDUSTRIAL COMPONENTS AND BUILT WITH A DURABLE CONSTRUCTION

High printing precision and long term reliability are the main characteristics of this machine, thanks to it's industrial components. The positioning movement is operated through a MULTISTART HP worm-gear controlled by an industrial servo motor control system.

This technology minimizes the time it takes for the printing head to move in order to obtain an increased productivity.

THE MACHINE IS EQUIPPED WITH 65 MM DEPTH Z AXIS CONTROLLED BY SERVOMOTORS

Four DC programmable motors ensure an optimum level surface of the working table.

The working table is precision enginereed, in order to have the best parallelism between the printing head and the working plan.

"STAND ALONE” STRUCTURE AND VERY EASY TO REMOVE COVER

The printing group is equipped with standalone structure and its cover is very easy to remove for a quick maintenance.

We began in 1977 as a general electronic design and construction company. Some years later we understood that the embroidery sector was developing rapidly and was well-suited to the application of all the electronic and computing expertise that we had acquired up to that time. The widespread use of personal computers favored the large-scale extension of embroidery technology and for us this meant rewriting all the programs to make them compatible with our Customer's machines. Our first Schiffli system originated in 1984 and we decided to operate simultaneously on Schiffli Machines as well as on Multihead Machines. Thanks to our persistence we have grown rapidly and thanks to our dynamism we have been able to keep ourselves up to date technologically. The start of the 90' certainly marked the height of our efforts and investments, in particular in regard to software research and development. Towards the middle of the 90', thanks to our embroidery software we had already conquered a good slice of the world market and the trust of many embroiderers. . . but we wanted to offer them much more. Many Customers needed to cut the fabrics to be used (in particular applications to be embroidered) and so we decided to undertake a new venture: to apply laser technology to the textile sector. Similarly to what we have always done and still do for our products, on this occasion also we decided to achieve our objective by proceeding independently. The result of our efforts has been a series of machines for laser cutting and engraving (EuroCut, FlexiCut, JumboCut, MegaCut) specific to the textile sector but so versatile that may also be used in other sectors. In 1999 we released the first version of Millennium III, one of the most powerful and complete embroidery packages currently available on the market, suitable for both professional use and for beginners.
