The SPECTRA G-4 / SPECTRA G-4 PRO parabolic microphone is a remote listening tool especially designed for use inside noisy environments. The special embedded interference cut-off filter allows sharp extraction of the human voice frequency, minimizing ambient as well as unwanted noises at the same time. This professional parabolic microphone is especially indicated for medium listening purposes in very noisy environments, however, field tests have shown that in optimum listening conditions a stunning 400mt / 1212ft listening range can be achieved.
The basic version of the SPECTRA G-4 parabolic microphone features:
- foam cushioned handle with super stable grip (minimizes noises caused by operator's hand during portable use) and locking nut;
- spear-type microphone with foamed windshield;
- embedded cut-off filter for elimination of parasitic frequencies;
- mono audio feeding;
- double disk and microphone tube assembly for easy, fast and secure linkage of spear microphone and microphone handle to the parabolic dish;
- 50cm / 20" totally transparent super-reflective parabolic dish (1mm-1 / 20" thick) .
The PRO version of the SPECTRA G-4 parabolic microphone includes all the above features plus:
- digital miniature audio recording unit;
- digital miniature audio recording unit braket with locking nut;
- professional stereo cushioned headphones;
- tri-pod holder;
- professional, high impact carrying case with shaped internal foam, pressure valve, ergonomic handle and double security locks.
