Selecting materials with a silicon dioxide content of 99.99% as raw materials, and introducing core online temperature control, pressure control, and speed control technologies based on fiber drawing technology for automatic and precise feedback online control of the inner and outer diameters of glass tubes, various geometric sizes and specifications of precision circular glass capillaries are achieved. Cold processing CNC machine tools are used for batch cutting, and after strict annealing and end face precision grinding processes, precision circular glass tubes and special-shaped glass tube products are obtained.
