Introduction

Series RCDF dry self-cleaning electromagnetic iron separator is a kind of magnetic equipment which is using in the iron removal from the nonmagnetic material . It usually be installed in the front or center of the belt conveyor. The strong magnetic will absorb the pieces of iron which mixed with the materials and dished out by the iron discharging belt, achieving the purpose of self-cleaning,and it can prevent the discharging belt longitudinal crack,and ensure that the breaker and grinder work normally .This series iron separator is widely used in electricity,mine,metallurgy,building material,coal dressing, chemical industry,etc.

Features

-- With the computer-simulating design of magnetic circuits, it has deep magnetic depth and high magnetic field intensity.

-- With special design of exciting coils, it has longitudinal and latitude cooling oil paths. The heat can be easily transformed to the cooling oil to lower the coil temperature.

-- The special designed wholly sealed coils are moisture-proof, dust proof and corrosion prevention.

-- The corrugated heat-releasing wings enlarge the cooling area and effectively control the temperature rise.

-- Easy maintenance, self clean iron wastes, robust performance.

-- The waist-drum shape roller can rectify the belt automatically. With the wholly sealed bearing blocks, it can achive trouble-free operation for a very long time.

-- With near and remote control system, it has a wide application.

Pack each window with aluminum foil band and PVC film to protect against scratches.
2. Use wood pallet and frames to fix the windows to avoid collision or shaking.
3. Use packing strap to fasten the pallets.
4. Load the pallets with forklifts. Put airbags between pallets to avoid collision.
