The GVRP 150LB-36″*33″ Reduced Port Gate Valve is designed with RF flange ends, featuring an OS&Y (Outside Screw and Yoke) mechanism, a bolted bonnet, and a rising stem. This valve is equipped with an electrical actuator for efficient operation. The valve’s body and bonnet are crafted from ASTM A216 WCB, while the wedge is made from ASTM A216 WCB combined with 13CR for enhanced durability. The seat is constructed from ASTM A105 steel with 13CR, and the stem is made of 13CR for increased strength. With a face-to-face dimension of 711 mm, this valve adheres to API 600 standards and meets RF standards based on ASME B16.47. The sealing pressure test is conducted at 22 BAR, while the shell pressure test is performed at 30 BAR. The valve also complies with ASME B16.5, GB 9113, and ASME B16.25 standards, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications.For more，know more about China Manufacturers.
