Reverse Osmosis(RO) is a process that uses semi-permeable spiral wound membranes to separate and remove dissolved solids, organic,pyrogens,submicron colloidal matter,color,nitrate and bacteria from water. Feed water is delivered under pressure through the semi-permeable membrane,where water permeates the minute pores of the membrane and is delivered as purified water called permeate water.Impurities in the water are concentrated in the reject stream and flushed to the drain is called concentrate water. Design process:Feed water-sand filter-carbon filter-water softener-precision filter-high-pressure pump-reverse osmosis unit-purified water output purpose:Widely used in the production of industrial products,food production,daily necessities production,disinfectant production, cosmetics production,pharmacopoeia standards,ecological agricultural irrigation,livestock breeding, school direct drinking water projects, bottled water production,community centralized water supply, large business office water supply,and other fields. Reverse osmosis process uses semi permeable spiral wound membranes to separate and remove dissolved solids, organic, pyrogens, sub micron colloidal matter and bacteria from water. Feed water isdelivered under a pressure of approximately 16 kg/cm2 through reverse osmosis membranes. Waterpermeates the minute pores of the membrane and is delivered as purified water. Impurities in the water are concentrated in the reject stream and flushed to drain. Reverse osmosis is capable of removing 90-99% of total dissolved solids (TDS), 99% of organic, including pyrogens, and 99% bacterials in the feed water. 1.Raw water tank:Store water ensure to supply water stably and continuously for whole system Customer provide for themselves, because big size will result in expensive freight. 2.Raw water pump or called booster pump Provide needed pressure for every pretreatment filter:We can provide CNP pumps or Grundfos pumps 3.Mechanical filter /quartz sand filter /sand filter:We use fiber glass or stainless steel vessel as housing, fill quarts sand, it can filter big particles impurities, suspended substances, colloids etc. 4.Activated carbon filter:We use fiber glass or stainless steel vessel as housing, fill activated carbon, remove color, odor, residual chlorine and organics substances. 5.Security filter /pp filter / sediment filter Prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5 micron 6.High pressure pump Provide needed working pressure for RO system, ensure production capacity of pure water.CNP pump, Grundfos 7.RO(reverse osmosis) system Can remove particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, virus, heat source etc. harmful substances and 97% dissolved salts. RO membranes USA Filmtec Dow,VONTRON 8.UV/Ozone generator Kill bacterials in water. UV for direct drinking water. Ozone generator for bottle water
