ST-6606 Cable Flexing Tester(Both for double pulley and three pulley)

Standards: According toIEC60245-2-1998, HD21, HD22, DIN VDE0472, GB5023.2-1997:3.1, GB5013.2-2008:3.1&3.5, UL1581-2006, UL1582 etc.

Range: This tester applies to inspect the damage degree of rubber insulated and sheathed cables that in dynamic load by times of flexing.

Main Parts: AC Frequency Governor from TW, Japanese original line of Slide tracking, AC Motor, Pulley made by high-quality Aluminum alloy material and make the surface oxidation and the spec controller board etc.

Main Function:

1. Test sample: two-core single-phase, three-phase three-line, three-phase four-line

2. Test method: Empty, Single-phase (two-core), three-phase (three-phase three-line/three-phase four-line) optional.

3. Result determine:

A. Indicator: O, R, S, T phase disconnection, automatic stop

B. Indicator: R/S, R/T, S/T, R/O, S/O, T/O in short circuit, automatic stop

C. Indicator: O, R, S, T and Pulley short circuit, automatic stop

Main parameter:

1. Flexing speed: Double Pulley is 0.33 m/s, Three Pulley is 0.1 m/s

2. Flexing range: ≥1M,

3. Current: 0~35A,

Current value of current test display by 4¹/₂ LED digital Current Meter.

6. Block construction: Double Pulley and Three Pulley both independent, simple for replacement

7. Double Pulley: Aluminum alloy of rounded bottom, the diameters is 60, 80, 120, 160, 200mm and flat bottom 80, 120, 200mm, each one set.

Three Pulley: Aluminum alloy of rounded bottom, the diameters is 40, 45, 50mm, each one set.
