Using method:

The perlite sand can reduce the heat radiation production, and reduce the elevation of temperature time. When the temperature reaches is ready for pouring, then removal of the slag layer from the furnace.

Our factory?s perlite in liaoning province by geological mineral exploration bureau third laboratory test analysis, analysis of the results: sio2 content is 73%, al2o3 content is 12.95%, Ti2o3 content is 0.9%, C content is 0.03%, Tio2 content is 0.085%.Our perlite expansion Coefficient is
up to 18 times,and unexpanded(?raw?)perlite has a bulk density around 1200 kg/m3 (1.2 g/cm3), while expanded perlite has a bulk density of about 130 kg/m3.
