Huaxi Steel Pipe Manufacturer Co., Ltd. is a Chinese manufacturing factory supplies various steel pipes, pipe fittings, steel plates, valves and flanges. We have advanced technology and equipment as well as obvious advantages in production capacity. There are 5 production lines for rolling pipes, 8 production lines for thread machining and 2 production lines for U tubes. We have a complete set of equipment, including German GE joint flaw detection equipment, multiple sets of hydraulic presses, advanced direct reading spectrometers, Zeiss metallographic microscopes, Zeiss scanning electron microscopes, Oxford energy spectrometers, Hexagon high-precision three-coordinate instrument, impact testing machines, electro-hydraulic universal testing machines and other testing equipment.
In order to ensure the delivery time of the rolled steel pipe, we have formed a complete industry chain for manufacturing steel pipes, from raw materials, pipe rolling, thermal expansion, cold drawing, heat treatment, post-finishing to finished product, which can make the production effective and flexible, meet the need of our customers and achieve the goal of quick delivery within the required date.
We have a professional production and management team, complete technological processes, complete inspection and testing methods. Relevant inspections can be conducted according to the user's requirements and we accept third-party inspections designated by users. Every pipe goes through 100% inspection and will be tested until it is qualified before leaving the factory.
