In response to the pain point of the inability to maintain low-cost and high-quality surface cleanliness of photovoltaic glass in the long-term operation and maintenance of the photovoltaic industry, Huzheng has successfully developed a self-cleaning nano coating that can form micro bumps below 50nm on the surface of photovoltaic glass.

The cured ultra-thin coating has a hydrophilic angle of<5 °.

Coatings have strong hydrophilicity, high transmittance, weather resistance (theoretically equivalent to the service life of photovoltaic glass), dust and snow resistance, and self-healing properties under visible light irradiation.

At the same time, coatings can suppress the generation of static electricity on the substrate surface, making it difficult for stains to adhere to the substrate.

Even when in contact with water, they can self-cleaning and maintain good transparency on the surface of photovoltaic glass, reducing the efficiency degradation of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules.

The annual power generation gain of conventional components in long-term outdoor environments is 5-25%.

As the service time of photovoltaic power stations increases, the gain value will quickly approach the peak. In some special fields, the gain can reach over 25%.
