SMP label paper is made from shape memory polymers by Manborui Material Technology(http://www.china-mbr.com), Shape memory polymers(SMP) can store shape information in the form of embossing text and logo accurately, and release these information at 65 °C irreversibly.

Heat SMP label paper by hot water or hot air like lighter, hair dryer, the overt embossing pattern will disappear, while another covert pattern will be released.

SMP label paper technologies is exclusive in the world, Manborui Material Technology is the inventor and the exclusive producer of SMP label paper, Shape memory polymer technologies involved in our label paper, enable it have the ability to store certain covert embossed pattern/massage inside, for end user to activate and check very easily.

Application of SMP film can be security label, anti counterfeit label, tamper evidence label.

Thickness: 0.18mm±10%

Maximum width: 30cm

Colour and finish: white/transparent, matt

Activation temperature: 65°C, or 150°F

Activation is irreversible

Printing methods: Flexo & rotogravure, also offset and digital, even old screenprint are ok

Ink: Offset printing ink of synthetic paper is recommended

Shelf life and storage: >=2 years, SMP label paper must be absolutely stored and printed under temperature 55 ℃
