Shear line(Up to cut length line)

Shear Line is to produce sheet from various coils, including HR coil, CR coil, surface-treated coil, and SUS.
To keep the flatness of sheet, 4-HI Leveller is generally used, while 6-HI Leveller is used especially for those which require high precision, such as SUS. For improving the product property, precision and customer productivity, up-cut shear, flying shear, side trimmer, rotary shear, (F.D.S) shear are supplied depending on customer demand. Air zet type, magnet type, and roller open type pilers are also supplied to improve the operating time of equipment.
