Founded in 1994, MSWPL was established by a visionary Mr. N. J. Virani. At that point in time, Mr Virani could discern a sizable gap between demand and supply. He visualised the future and the exploding market that was India in the coming millennium.
Soap was and will remain utilitarian and essential for human existence. The recent Covid pandemic was evidence enough of the growing demand and the efficiency of soap in stemming the spread of the corona virus.
MSWPL manufactures and supplies a wide range of nonedible oils, including fatty-acids, acid oils, among other kinds of oils. These are the main inputs used by the soap industry for the manufacture of surfactant and detergent products. These inputs meet the growing demand from major soap, grease, and biodiesel factories throughout India.
