Polycarbonate Solid sheet is a kind of Polycarbonate sheet with good physical, mechanical, electrical and thermal properties. It has excellent light transmittance, good effects of heat insulation and sound insulation.

Polycarbonate Solid Sheet Features
1)Transparency -- good transparency, light transmission rate up to 88%.
2) Energy saving: low thermal conductivity, good insulation. The insulation effect than the same glass high 25%, used for heating equipment building, belonging to the environmental protection material.
3)Impact resistance: impact strength is 300 times of ordinary glass, 30 times of acrylic plate , 2 times of tempered glass.
4)Sound insulation: PC sheet insulation effect, there are sound better than the same thickness of glass and acrylic board, under the condition of the same thickness, the sound insulation of PC board increased 3 4DB than glass. It is the preferred material for highway noise barrier in the world
5)Light weight: 1/2weight of the glass with same thickness
6)Cold-bending: Safety bending radius is 175 times the sheet thickness.
7)Weatherability -- surface UV agent (UV) with ultraviolet absorption, and converted into visible light, outdoor can guarantee that the ten years do not fade. Ten years after the transmission loss is only 6%, PVC turnover rate is as high as 15% - 20%, glass fiber 12%-20%.
8)Flame resistance: High fire performance rating is class B1
9) Heat and cold resistance -- within -40 °C to 120 °C temperature, no deformation of product quality
10)Anti condensation: outdoor temperature is 0 °C, the indoor temperature is 23 °C, the indoor relative humidity is lower than 80%, no dew on the material of the inner surface.
