ANSI 55-3 pin type porcelain insulators are specially designed for American market .

the product used for low voltage or medium voltage distributions lines.

normally those products will be with porcelain thread , lead head pins are recommended for use with those insulators . the cantilever strength test shall also be conducted with lead head pins .

because lead is soft , it will not hurt the porcelain thread .

the pin type insulator top can be normal type (with normal porcelain glaze ) or radio free type (with semi-conductive glaze) .

the insulator thread hole also covered with semi-conductive glaze .

we can provide lead head pins for insulator assembly , which can be suitable for wooden crossarm or steel cross arm .

Applications:

The 55-3 pin type porcelain insulator is used for low voltage or medium voltage distributions lines. These insulators are commonly installed vertically on metal or wooden structures based to support the
conductor .
