characteristics

sv-static mixer internal unit is well-designed corrugated films assembled, it allows different fluids in three-dimensional space for z-shaped mobile, fragmented mixing with each other. in various models of the static mixer, the sv-best mixed results, to make the process of emulsion droplets dispersed 1-2 μ m, for the mixing process generally uneven coefficient ax-2 ≤ 1% without amplification.

common specifications

china has two meters in diameter static mixer input industrial applications, abroad have greater diameter static mixer and put into use. below is part of the common specifications, reference listed in the table refer to the ordinary flow of the liquid viscosity of the mixture flow does not apply to the high viscosity of gases and liquids. on the gas, high-viscosity liquid gas / liquid system arising from the specially design.

application examples

sv-static mixer applicable to the viscosity less than 102% parked liquid -- liquid and liquid -- gas, gas -- gas mixing process, and mixed with modules on the operation process, including the reaction of absorption, extraction, dissolved, emulsified. it can also be used in enhanced heat transfer process. sv-easy magnified than other models static mixer is more applicable to large-scale installations. process application examples : for silicone rubber polymerization reactor, used for acid-base and reactor, isobutylene for hydration before the reactor premixed vehicles. the absorption process application examples are : to replace the packed column for the absorption of hydrogen sulfide, sodium hydroxide solution, replace the packed column ozone for water sterilization, and so on. the extraction process of application examples are : synthesis 1,2-dihyodroxybene for extraction of phenol wastewater for the purification and other proprietary chinese medicines. emulsifying process of application examples are : for cosmetics production, preparation for fuel oil emulsified with water, such as fuel oil. mixing the application examples are : for gas / lng mixed for air / oxygen mixture. for the oil refineries such as blending.
