The butt fusion method of joining is by far the most common method of connecting polyethylene pipe in all diameters. The ends of polyethylene pipe when heated and brought together under pressure with specialized equipment form one continuous "leak proof" pipeline. Properly made, a pipe fusion is as strong as the pipe itself and has the same life expectancy.

SUNPLAST HDPE butt fusion fittings are made by imported PE80 or PE100 raw material from famous suppliers that has high resistance, they are mainly used in SUNPLAST HDPE piping system for water & gas. The HDPE butt fusion fittings can fully comply with EN12201-3, EN1555 & EN ISO 15494 standard. SUNPLAST has the ability to provide HDPE butt fittings fittings in a wide variety of sizes from DN63mm to DN800mm in SDR11 & SDR13.6 / SDR17, including: end cap, stub flange, steel backing rings, equal tee, reducing tee, reducer, elbow 45deg, elbow 90deg.,etc.
