System Description:

In close connection with the market demand, Dandong NDT Equipment Co., LTD.integrated the domestic first set of air pump cylinder real-time imaging inspection system, which can match production process, complete the sampling test for single station delivery of uneven surface cylinder, also can achieve 100% match with production lines, fully realized customized design concept, satisfy your different demands.

With the applications of relative angle between X-ray tube/image intensifier and workpiece, radiograph mode of double-wall double-image, and the cooperation of external transmission roller and internal rotating roller, we enhanced the efficiency of workpiece lines inspection.

Constant-pressure constant-frequency oil-insulation HT generator

4000KJ water-cooling system 4L/min, flow

XZKII type controller

Inspection monitor unit:

6 "industrial anti-aging image intensifier

Image enhancement unit:

D2007 image intensifier& storage software

Mechanical drive and control unit:

Manual handling

With application of single-station workpiece trolley delivery, rotation, to get 100% inspection of double ring welding seam and single saw welding seam.

Protection unit:

One set of workpiece access door and maintenance door in protective lead room, the access door with a lead glass to observe interior situation in lead room, also with a interlock protection between auto-door and X-ray unit, safety standards on the GB18871-2002 <>.
