We usually work on 9:00-21:30, contains the weekend.

The samples time will be 3-5 days after confirm the design.

Yes ,we can offer free samples for woven labels .
7. How about  the production time?
Usually it will take 7-10 working days for woven labels and 10-15 days for hangtag.
If you need the items urgent, we will try our best to make it first.
8. How about the delivery day?
Usually it will take 3-5 working days for delivery .
9. How about the shippment?
We will ship the items by TNT ,DHL and Fedex .UPS.
