Features

The Far-Infrared-Rays emitting from Amphibole Kitchenware let the meat cooked deep, soft and delicious.
As the Amphibole is natural stone, it keeps meat from sticking, shrinking and hardening and help maintaining its original taste.
You can cook pleasantly with less smoke or oil splash
The Super-Heat-Conductivity of the Amphiboles lets you extend your cooking boundary for various food.
It has high rate of Heat-Resistance.
It is easily washable.

Caution

Do not put empty pan on fire for long time.
Cooking long hours on strong fire can cause over heat the stoneware. It is recommended to cook in medium or low fire if once the stoneware gets heat.
During or after cooking, do not touch the stoneware in bare hands. It may be so hot that you can get burnt.
Dropping the stoneware can cause breakage.

How to use

Before the first use, it is recommended to boil the stoneware in salt water for sterilization and tempering. After that you can coat with some edible oil on the surface.
Do not put the high heated stoneware in cold water to prevent breakages.
It is easily washable when cooled and brushed in plain water.
As it is natural stone material, there nay be natural scratches or cracks on the surface, however, you can still use without problem.
When used for long years, the surface can be turned black due to soaked oil in cooking, however, it is another proof of thigh durability.
