Model: CJ/CJC-5CG/ANC (Steel Frame Type)
Feature:
1. Quality Management System complies with ISO 9001.

3. Worktable & side beams are joint, without cement base. Increased weight & stability can improve cutting precision.
4. Main frame is an integrated seat with four hydraulic spindles. This design ensures higher stability & long lifespan.
5. Use finish machining fittings & import component on machine, to lower malfunction & extend lifespan.
6. Use screw rod with ruler to adjust the lift & fall of blade, easier to adjust it.
7. Worktable can tilt from 0-85° by hydraulic, convenient to load slab.
8. Use linear sliding rail on crossbeam & side beams, to reduce the heavy burdens to the motor, extend lifespan & improve precision.
9. Use Servo motor to control the movement of the cut head & crossbeam. It can work at high-speed &high precision. The movement speed can reach to 22m/min (cut head) & 11m/min (crossbeam).
10. Use motor with 20HP on this machine, to cut at high-speed & high- stability.
11. While crossbeam moves to appointed position, two side beams will be locked to reduce cut-size error & work stable.
12. Be easy to operate & maintain via touch panel & buttons. The screen is enlarged from 5.7 inch to 10.1 inch.
13. Use Servo motor encoder & magnetic ruler to control this machine. It can keep high precision.
14. It is more flexibility to operate with 6 operation modes on touch panel.
15. It can pause & modify cut-size while crossbeam moves in auto cut mode.
16. While machine work in auto cut mode. It can increase, decrease, select, modify cut-size & cut-pieces in the midway and crossbeam can come back to previous position by emergency stop.
17. It can control crossbeam moving in electric displacement & manual hand wheel displacement. It is easier & flexible to operate, and convenient for tool setting.
