数据计算:该系统根据X轴方向上的探测器1和探测器3的位置值适合一条直线。位置2的测量值与直线之间的偏差是位置2在x轴方向上的直线度误差。同样,可以得到位置2在Y轴方向上的直线度误差。通过设置X轴的直线误差和Y轴的直线误差,可以计算出杆的直线度的实际误差。

In each measuring instrument, the position of the edge of the bar is measured by two photoelectric probes with 90° cross distribution, and the actual deviation of the measuring point in the coordinate system is calculated by using the position data of the two photoelectric probes. Therefore, regardless of the bending direction of the measured object, the measuring instrument can measure the true straightness size.

3. Software functions

(1) Display content: real-time straightness error and maximum straightness error.

(2) Product parameter setting: product specifications, bar nominal diameter, straightness tolerance and other parameters can be set.

(3) System parameter Settings: refresh frequency, communication port, etc., can be set.

(4) Alarm Settings: the form and threshold of the alarm can be set, and the sound and light alarm when the measurement value is out of step.

(5) Correction function: When the error is too large, the accuracy can be restored after the calibration of the standard straight rod.

(6) Storage function: each steel retains a complete measurement record, which can be exported at any time.

(7) Communication interface: TCP/IP protocol, network cable transmission, caliper to industrial computer.
