brief introduction and application

Helical anchors are used for new construction and to support existing structures. They are designed for applications in expansive soils, high water tables, fill areas, and other areas where unstable soils require a deep foundation. In compression they are used as footers and in tension they may be used to support retaining or foundation walls. Helical piers are round or square, tubular or bar steel shafts with round helix plates welded to them.

1. Bar Material: 40Cr or 45# steel, round corner 5mm radius.

2. Helix Plate material conforms to ASTM A36 hot rolled plate .

3. Helices thickness are available in 3/8” and 1/2” inch.

4. All helix leading edges sharpened and rock cut and 45 degrees.

5. Corrosion protection to conform to ASTM A153 standard for hot dipped zinc coating.

6. A better conventional solid steel extra high strength helical screw pile

7. Welded coupling for greater strength. Eliminates shaft heat damage caused by upset coupling process.

1. Available in 2”, 2.5”, 3” or 4” square tube.

2. Helices thickness are available in 3/8”and 1/2”inch.

3. Helices material conforms to ASTM A36 hot rolled plate.

The MOQ for square sign post is 11000lbs for each size, for u channel post is 22000lbs for each size. You can mix different sizes of posts to make up a full container. If you want to know the MOQ for other products, please feel free to contact us.

Usually our production time for one container goods is about 30-40 days, and the shipping time depends on your place of delivery.

4. What is your payment term?

Usually our payment term is T/T. We can receive the payment 1-3 days after you made payment.
