We are providing Strontium ferrite magnet powder.

Strontium ferrite magnetic powder and nylon, PPS, EEA and other binders and additives are used to inject magnetic particles.
Nylon has high temperature resistance and good fluidity, and can achieve 1 out of 6 or 1 out of 8. It can be applied in the injection molding magnetic industry,
It can withstand high temperatures, has strong magnetic force, and can be used in products such as rotors and magnetic rings.

Both types of magnetic powder have a particle size of 2-3 microns, and the particle size of the magnetic powder can be evenly distributed.
The amount of single ferrite magnetic powder added needs to be very high to achieve certain magnetic properties. After adding samarium iron nitrogen magnetic powder, the overall amount of magnetic powder added is significantly reduced, and the addition ratio is reduced from 80% to 30-40%
Magnetic properties actually increase
Better achieve the performance of nylon, plastic, and other materials
The amount of magnetic powder added is large for traditional strontium ferrite magnetic powder,
Even reaching 80:20 greatly reduces the plasticity of the material
After adding samarium iron nitrogen magnetic powder, due to its magnetic properties being many times that of ferrite magnetic powder, the amount added is greatly reduced
