Synchronous Motor Series(JB/DQ3449)

Synchronous motor is suitable for driving reciprocating compressor.

The motor can be made of two types: one with shaft and bearing

(IM7311), the other without shaft and bearing(IM5710). The type

of cooling is often opening(IC01) and other types, such as it has

air-water cooler or pipe-draught ect. The outer shell' s basic

protection class is often IP00, also can be made of IP23 and other

degrees. The insulation class is B or F. The way of exectiation is

static thyristor excitation.

Range of output:250-10000kW

Voltage:380V,3000V,6000V,10000V

Speed:150-1000r/min

Derived from CHONGQING ELECTRIC MACHINE FACTORY(since1927), CEMF(CHONGQING ELECTRIC MACHINE FEDERATION LTD.) was founded in 2001,Which is a national key enterprise. ISO9001, with CE certificates, and a factory specialized in manufacturing generators and generator units, HT and LT A.C, motors , D.C. motors,.
The covering area of CEMF is 336,000 m2, The constructive area is 96,000m2.There are 2352 workers and staffs including 506 engineers and techicians,262 senior engineers. The average age of employee is 34.3 years old, 82 percent are under 45 years old. The main products of CEMF are A.C./D.C. motors, medium and small sized generators, hydraulic turbine, and etc. It can also wholly supply the medium and small sized hydrogenerator units. These products are comprised of more than 70 series, 120 types and 4600 different specfications. Annual output is USD150,000,000.
CEMF is equipped with various kinds of equipments and instruments. The total qantities are 1150,including 641 main productive equipments. Complete testing and measuring facilities are adopted by CEMF, such as Special Environment Lab. The Center Lab of CEMF is authorized by the Government to supervise quality and inspect commodity of electric machines in Chongqing. The Electrical Machine Research institute and the Electrical Technology Research institute specialize in developing new products and rasearching new technology.
