Table-rotating type roundness and cylindricity form measuring instrument

This CA series high accuracy roundness/cylindricity measuring instrument delivers ±0.0125μm accuracy and its rotary table with auto-centering and auto-tilting functions.

Main Functions:

Measurement of roundness, cylindricity, straightness, runout, full runout, taper, diameter, concentricity, coaxiality, flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity, eccentricity, etc. of various regular and irregular ring-shaped workpieces

Analysis of surface waviness (Wc, Wp, Wv, Wt, Wa, Wq), spectrum analysis, wave height analysis

Roundness evaluation method: minimum area method, least squares method, minimum external circle method, maximum internal tangent circle method

Roundness filtering method: 1-500, 1-150, 1-50, 1-15

Waviness: 3-16, 3-17, 15-500, 17-100

Technical Features:

● Accuracy: Adopting high precision rotary aerostatic bearing structure, the accuracy is up to ±0.0125μm.

● Lifespan: The spindle adopts air floating structure, which never wears out and keeps the accuracy for a long time, and the instrument has a long lifespan.

● Data acquisition adopts imported precision circular grating, which collects 14,400 points per week with high accuracy and stability.

● Automatic recognition of contour interruption, automatic rejection of notch, abnormal point function.

● Partial arc measurement roundness function.

● Powerful analysis function, such as taper, diameter, ripple degree, wave height and spectrum analysis, etc.

● SPC statistical analysis: statistical analysis of a large number of measurement data and graphic analysis report.

● The measurement parameters can be set to judge the process requirements to improve the observability of quality control.

● Single or multiple measurement data can be printed on the same page.

● Different sizes of ruby styli can be selected at will.
