WSP Type Universal Joints are Telescopic Universal Joints, containing a telescopic intermediate element, which makes repositioning simpler and faster than double joints. In case of axial misalignment, the length can be easily adjusted.

A telescopic universal joint consists of two universal joints, which is essentially an extended double joint to solve the distance and offset problems between the drive end and the driven load.

WSP Type Universal Joints Model:

· D: 22mm - 95mm

· d1, d2 (H7): 10mm - 50mm

· L2: 48mm-190mm

· Max rotate speed reach 4000r/min.

Huading telescopic universal joints are available in a variety of sizes, are heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and can be provided in shorter or longer lengths upon special order.

Features:

1. It is suitable for transmission coupling space on the same plane of two axis angle beta β≤45°, the nominal torque transmission 11.2-1120N.

2.The WSD type is a single cross universal coupling, and the WS type is a double cross custom universal coupling, the WSP type is a telescopic universal coupling.

3.Each section between the largest axis angle 45º.

4.The finished hole H7, according to the requirements of keyseating, six square hole and square hole.

5.The angle between the two axes is allowed in a limited range as the work requirements change.
