Working Principle:

It is applicable to the filtration and treatment of solid waste water in various industries,such as: the filtration of cooling liquid in machining industry, the wastewater treatment in electroplating industry, the wastewater treatment in food processing industry, the wastewater treatment in petrochemical industry, glass industry, mining industry, building materials industry etc. All filter systems containing solid waste water are customized according to thw site conditions and water quality conditions of customers. It can remove the particles above 0.5μm

Product advantages:

1) High TSS removal rate:>99.99% (TSS can be treated from 1% wt to less than 20mg/L)

2) High turbidity removal rate: It can be treated from 1000NTU to less than 10NTU;

3) Low energy consumption, low investment and low land occupation;

4) Fully automatic, low failure rate;

5) Low water content of mud cake (solid content>70% wt);

The flow of the inlet treatment is 15m3/h, the treated wastewater TSS ≤ 30mg/L, and the water content of mud cake ≤ 30% wt.
