This blender series have a comparatively high cutting strength and recycling capability,compared with openning turbine,it has a round plate,which can effectively decrease the rotational speed of the overflowing point,and so it is mainly used in the operation of the dispersion of Gas and liquid.The common condition is μ<50000cp,n=20-400rpm,V=3.5-10m/s,Dj/D=0.2~0.6,Dj/L/B=20:5:4.

Flow state:The flat blade impeller and curved blade impeller are radial flow.When there is baffle,the upper and down circulating flows can be formed from the blade boundary.The opposite pitched subsidiary blade impeller has an axial shunt.The capacity mixing of liquid above and below the disc is worse than the open turbine impeller.
