Definition of thousand impellers: thousand impellers, also known as 1000-page wheel, chuck-type wheel, belongs to a kind of coated abrasive tools, each product is made of hundreds of gauze sheets bonded together, so it is named. It is made of alumina as abrasive material and cloth as base material through pipeline, and then laminated with yarn and pasted with resin. The upper and lower grooves of the chuck fix the sand blades between the upper and lower chucks. The inner and outer ends of the sand blades are respectively provided with L-shaped chucks and fastening rings. The fastening rings are fixed and connected with the chucks. The fastening rings are solidified and bonded together by glue and the chucks to form a thousand-page wheel.
