We have developed Titanium multi clad cookware for several years.
Main Titanium cookware products are made of Mirror Polished 300 microns of TiO2 99.6% Plasma processing on 3ply or 5ply stainless steel cookware.
Titanium advantage is depending on the TiO2 shield on titanium surface.
TiO2 shield protects Alkali, Acid, Salt and Chlorine between the food and cookware surface. Natural Titanium metal has only Nano micron thickness to Max 10 microns of TiO2 shield. This is too thin protective films against in extreme cooking conditions . That is why we built up 300 microns of TiO2 thickness for our cookware to instill trust and peaceful mind.
