Vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI)
The following recommendations for the CC-1105 in the VPI process commonly used in specific applications can be adjusted accordingly

3, maintain vacuum 20-60 minutes;
4, release the vacuum, and then apply 80-90psi (0.55-0.62 MPa) pressure and maintain 30-120 minutes;
5, for the formation of winding coil, holding pressure time to each layer of mica tape pressure for 15 minutes, and then release pressure;
6, slowly removed from the workpiece from the resin, the recommended rate of 4 inches per minute (101.6mm) rate;
7, if the workpiece is suspended in suspension angle rather than horizontal, dry well;
8, according to the recommended baking process.
Application: for flexible forming flexible coil winding at 235 degrees F (113 C) cured under 20 minutes.
* after the coil is installed, the equipment should be impregnated and cured as a whole to seal and set the bond strength.
Equipment recommendations and preventive measures
CC-1105 may react with copper, copper alloy and natural rubber. Therefore, it should not be used in storage tanks or circulating systems
Storage and shelf life
When stored at 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius) and temperature in the sealed container, the shelf life is shipped from the factory after a year.
