The slitfter blade 200x122x1.2mm is used for corrugated paper cutting. the slitter knife is made from tungsten carbide materials. to insure quality, we use original 100% solid carbide materials. We have our own blank blade factory, we do vacuum sintering in our own factory. with this reason, we insure the quality from the beginning. 1. compared with normal metals(stainless steel, hss, carbon steel)blades. our carbide blade have longer working life, anti-high temperature, higher wear-off, more sharpness, high precision, higher hardness, anti-rust, more thin. 2. long service life, high cost performance. 3. good cutting effect, improve paperboard quality, no burr cutting surface, no processing traces. 4. high precision and excellent abrasion resistance. 5. reliable performance (less machine downtime)

Corrugator slitter blade is made of ultra-fine tungsten carbide powder and cobalt powder pressed into sintering, is the best choice for cutting corrugated cardboard (3/5/7 layer) in the carton manufacturing industry.
