Product Description

This product is a two-component photosensitive fast curing reinforcing adhesive, with good weather resistance. Suitable for bonding, reinforcement, and repair of various materials.

Product Features

1. Eliminating the limitations of UV curing prepreg materials on reinforced fabrics, allowing users to freely choose a combination of fiberglass fabric;

2. Better applicability;

3. Has excellent photosensitivity, and under ultraviolet light, this product can cure in 5 seconds;

4. High adhesion performance: can bond various materials, including metal, plastic, ceramics, and glass, for steel bonding strength ≥ 15MPA;

5. Suitable for high-temperature in-service reinforcement;

6. High strength: The cured adhesive has high strength and can withstand significant tensile and shear forces, it can provide extremely high adhesive strength and reinforcement effect.

7. This product can be repainted after curing, Bonding strength ≥ 15MPA, meeting the strength requirements for interlayer bonding, ensuring smooth fixationChemical reinforcement no longer has thickness limitations, and therefore can easily complete the non wrinkling of irregular shapes

8. The viscosity of this product at 70 ° C is ≤ 850CPS, and there is no significant increase in viscosity after 3 hoursThe additional operating time allows for complete immersion of 4800 tex roving fabric, which is impossible for all epoxy resin reinforcing adhesives.Good weather resistance:
