Operation interface is indicated in both Chinese and English; if there is any need, other languages can be added. The system boasts functions such as false operation reminding, idiot-proof protection, overpressure alarming, temperature alarming and low material level reminding.
When operating the human-machine interface, the operator only needs to enter commands in the interface such as ”Confirm” and ”Start” for loading and unloading of workpieces, and then the equipment can automatically complete the required function operations.
The industrial Ethernet technology is applied in the system, which makes the transmission speed is faster.
Software-based CNC motion control, with no data exchange process, can achieve real-time control and fast responsive speed.
The Company independently researches and develops high-performance mixer with more than 30 proprietary technologies, which can match the most suitable dispensing heads according to customers' product needs.
Metering pump originally made in Germany supplied by Barmag，internationally advanced metering pump manufacturer is applied to the system for liquid cement metering; the metering pump is powered by Panasonic EtherCAT Servo Motor high-precision speed reducer,
which achieves higher metering precision.
