NO SCRW EYEWEAR VYCOZ
The originality and main concept of VYCOZ, No Screw. What is No Screw? Why produce products without screws to make it difficult for production? What can we benefit from this?
1. Prevent the usage of Nikel.
Nikel plating is added to prevent the aging of screws. It is also added for welding of rimrocks. With No Screw we are able to permanently prevent the usage of Nickel for production.
2. Essential factor for lightness
If No Screw is implemented on the frames, the hinge parts are stressed
and will be vulnerable to detachment and damage. To balance out the
frame and loosen the stress for the hinge with No Screw, weight
reduction of frame material is essential.
3. Craftsmanship
No screw products can only be assembled by masters with more than 20 years of experience. Each VYCOZ product is finished with a touch of craftsmanship.
