First of all, it is our big pleasure to introduce KTM TECH to you.
In 1990, "KTM TECH" manufactured its first product, Karam machine and since, it has been producing and supplying steel tube mills, polishing machines, straightening machines and slitting lines home and abroad. And our clients are very positive to our goods. Our first export was to Wittach Stainles Steel T LTD, Sri Lanka in 2001, after that, we have been expanding our target markets to all over the world ( USA, China, Japan, Mexico, Thailand, Vietnam, raq, Bangladesh ...)
We have our own plans and brands, with which we are competing with other brands from advanced countries, locally and overseas. Our unceasing research and endeavor are the source of goods supply of high quality at best price, from which our pride is coming that we are very competitive at the point of performance and technology, to whatever clients and to whatever countries we deliver our goods. Especially, we do our business at agency basis in India, Iraq, China and Bangladesh.
We do not want to satisfy with our current achievement and will serve well the steel tube mill market(s) and global civilization, with keeping frontier mind toward bigger markets. We provide full service on customer's requirements from planning, plans, manufacturing, installation, to trial operation and find best solutions at highest speed for client's claims even after delivery, in Korea and far beyond. And with such an attitude, we do aim to minimize clients' claims.
And for that, we open emails, fax and phone services, for 24 hours and 365 days for all-time communication with clients. It helps us listen to clients' voices on real time and provide solutions to clients as soon as possible.
