Feature

It is very efficient because with one machine, the operator can catty out three jobs of punching, bending and cutting.
A safety cover has been attached to the cutting unit for the operator's safety.
This machine is so simple-to-operate that whoever can run it without difficulties.
The operator can use the machine very conveniently because aech switch which is independent and deferent about is operating by hand foot has been attached to every unit.
This machine can be operated up/down sequentially or up/down or stopped by one touch for enhanced safety.
Being equipped with hangers on the upper part of the machine and wheels under the machine, this machine can be easily moved and set up to desired place.

Punching

Because this machine has been designed as a slide type for metal mold exchange the operator can exchange it easily and promptly
The Center Pin is used for a small quantity and the Stop Bar Jig is used for a large quantity
This machine is very convenient because the scraps is automatically separated after punching.

Bending

Because the angle of Bending Punching Punch blade has been manufactured as double directions which have the different angle, the operator can rotate the Bending Punch in 180° for use without the need to replace Bending Punch accordance with each specification. In addition. Die can be exchanged easily and conveniently.
The Center Pin is used for a small quantity and the Stop Bar Jig is used for a large quantity.
In accordance with a desired angle, thin or thick materials can be bent because this machine has been equipped with a pressure controller and an up/down limit adjustment bolt.

Cutting

The scale(ruler) is used for a small quantity and the Stop Bar Jig is used for a large quantity.
Being equipped with spring guide press devices which can prevent the material from shaking for material cutting, the machine can produce a clean cutting, surface accurately in accordance with a given dimension.
This machine can carry out the busbar cutting with a great accuracy by letting the operator check visually the cutting process on the upper part of the cutting unit.

As the top plate of machine has been ground properly, it can be used for line marking and a variety of application. In addition, a safety cover has been installed on the cutting part for the enhanced safety of the operator.

Furthermore, the wearing of blade has been minimized as scraps are pushed away automatically during the cutting process.
