Water-Soluble Propolis Powder
Unique Biotech, which has focused on propolis for more than 20 years and has been working on product development, ambitiously presents you a water soluble propolis powder that dissolves well in water.
Typical methods of propolis powder production
 |
 |
 |
| Propolis alcohol extraction |
Solidify after alcohol removal |
Grinding and mixing of exipient to powder |
Currently, there are countries that produce propolis as powder and supply it overseas such as China, Australia, and Brazil.
To make propolis produced into powder form, these countries extract propolis with alcohol, then it is solidified by removing alcohol, pulverizing it into small pieces, and then powdered by mixing the excipient (usually dextrin).
This is the most commonly used method of powder manufacturing, and the propolis is not easily soluble in water due to its nature.
Limitations of traditional production methods
- Difficulty in mass production
- Does not dissolve well in water
- High production cost
Unique new technology unique to Unique Biotech
To develop water-soluble propolis powder that solves all of these problems, Unique Biotech has been researching propolis over a long time.
After such efforts, it dissolves well in water, is suitable for mass production, and can reduce production costs.
We have developed a new method for making soluble propolis (WPPM) powder.
WPPM(Water-soluble Propolis Powder Manufacturing Method)?
It is a spray-drying manufacturing method in which water-soluble propolis is sprayed and instantly brought into contact with heated air, and is a newly established process of Unique Biotech using water-soluble propolis.

- Good dissolution in water
- Subtable for Bulk Production
- Can reduce production cost
