Product Description

98% powder urea formaldehyde

The powder urea formaldehyde resin has the advantages of long storage period, convenient transportation, low free formaldehyde, simple storage conditions and convenient use conditions. Urea formaldehyde resin is the most widely used glue in wood processing, accounting for more than 70% of the total amount of glue used in wood processing. It is widely used in furniture assembly, wood mortise, wood splicing, bamboo product gluing, board gluing, board veneering, wood-based panel thickening, joinery board, bending wood, floor and technology wood manufacturing.

Use

Urea formaldehyde resin powder can be used for mosaic, splicing, assembly, veneering and pressing. Urea formaldehyde resin is the largest glue used in wood industry, mainly used in plywood, density board, particleboard and so on. The adhesive is moisture-proof and water-resistant. The product has the characteristics of fast drying at high temperature and room temperature curing with curing agent. Easy to use, the glued products can meet the E1 standard.

Preparation method

Aging time: the shorter the aging time is, the better. The longest allowed aging time depends on the amount of glue applied, the type of wood, temperature, relative temperature and air flow speed (ventilation conditions and displacement). Generally, pressure must be applied when the glue is still sticky. Pressurization time: under different temperature and curing agent conditions, the pressurization time is different. Generally, the hot pressing temperature is 100 ° C-150 ° C, and the pressurization time is 1-3 minutes.

Preparation of glue mixture: Before using, dissolve the powdered resin in water, and the appropriate water temperature is 15-30 ºC. When the resin is dissolved in hot water, the activity period of the glue will be shortened. The ratio (weight) of the glue mixture is:powder:water=1:1

Safety precautions
