X-Cotton is dyesublimation solution for cotton fabric. We invented precoating liquid which helps to dyesublimate various types of fabric from cotton to blended fabrics. Our product is water-based and eco friendly.
By using X-Cotton, conductivity can be improved while it generates vivid colour. Furthermore, X-cotton protects against fading in washing and light.
To coat on fabric, silk screen method should be applied. X-cotton can be utilized either in small production or mass production. Our product is available for cotton fabric, clothes, TR, TC, CVC. It can also be adopted to black t-shirt, still it produces brilliantly colored images.
Our X-cotton is a new solution for printing on diverse fabrics. It is optimal when Xcolor RIP Software and Xcolor Inks are used together.

Process(Usage)
1. Coating on cotton fabric ( T-shirt and also fabric is available ) and dry enough.
2. print paper with dye sublimation ink and then dye sublimation with heat press.
3. you must need lower degree temperature because it's good for cotton fabric. ( 185 c, 40 sec ) but do not worry about color just because lower temperature, it dye sublimation works very well ! vivid and dark enough.
4. now only one thing additional. after wash 1 time, the touch of fabric will goes better , so if you want more good touch then you can wash and dry and ready for buy.

Caution
Do not eat liquid
after dry enough, and then heat press ( fabric only first ) 10 sec, 180 degree. and then dye sublimation
do not use hot water for washing ( sometimes washing machine automatically set as hot water, just use cold water washing )
do not dry cleaning with clothes that use our X-Coat
after silk screen you must wash the silk screen before it dry and clogging mesh.
