(5) small pressure loss: different specifications of the flowmeter pressure loss of 0.16kPa ~ 0.55kPa.
(6) structure type more: can choose to use the mechanical counter type (only the total number of working conditions), electronic compensation meter (FCM, temperature and pressure compensation), double display (mechanical counter + electronic compensation meter).
Flow meter compensation function
(1) Real-time volume compensation: real-time measurement of temperature and pressure, calculation of compression factor, automatic compensation to the standard state.
(2) Micro power consumption: built-in battery can be used for more than 5 years. When connected to external power supply, the built-in battery is automatically disconnected.
(3) Diversified output interface signals: three pulse output methods, two-wire or three-wire current 4-20mA output, three RS485 communication protocols.
(4) Data logging function, record the flow process state parameters, can be read through the RS485 communication query.
(5) Multi-physical parameter alarm function. Flow, temperature, pressure can be set to exceed the upper and lower limits of the alarm.
(6) Intrinsically safe explosion-proof ExiaIICT4, shell protection grade: IP65.
