The Zero baking self-flow material adopts the selected high aluminum material (grade II) as aggregate which will be approximately processed into round particles.The bauxite cement shall be coagulant rather than binding agent and then combined with special comprehensive anchoring agent to achieve zero baking.Owing to its excellent flowability,this material is application to the urgent repair of the furnace water-cooled tube and other parts.After removing mould upon construction,this material is free of maintenance and baking and can be directly used after raising the temperature.When in use,it is free of falling and crack and shows high temperature performance superior to conventional self-flow material. you can send email to hotmail：jznem-sunny
