  2. Heated by the circulating oil. Heating up fast. It is easy to control the temperature so the nutrients in the material cannot be damaged. All the indicators meet the requirement of production technology.
  3. Scraping bottom stirring system applied to this pot. And the system solved the problem of high viscosity material sticking pot during cooking. Mixing uniformly, no blind angle and blending more fully.
  4. Insulation structure installed outside the pot body, reduces the heat loss and energy consumption.
  5. Automatic discharging system. The tilting of pot body can be controlled by electrical system. It can be tilted to any angle without noise.

Application:
  Heated by heat conduction oil. It is mainly used for the stir frying of the condiments, such as hotpot seasoning and sauces.
