The main products, which are authorized by KMD Plastifizierungstechnik GmbH in Germany, are the non-woven lab equipment with air drawing type & Fiber Spinning lab machine with mechanical drawing type, biopolymer fiber lab equipment, twin-screw Extruder, and the processing of related equipment accessories.
The company has more than 120 employees, of which more than 70% are technical personnel. The team has introduced systematic professional training from the German KMD company, and communicate and interacted with the German technical team in real time. It has a strong craftsmanship spirit.
The factory covers an area of more than 40,000 square meters. The factory has advanced processing equipment, excellent special equipment and complete supporting facilities, such as: high-precision CNC 6-meter deep hole drilling machine, 8-meter CNC spline milling, CNC thread milling machine, CNC sheet metal forming and cutting equipment, complete sets of equipment for automatic robotic welding, micro-hole carving equipment, various types of finishing CNC machine tools, etc., the company has an excellent process technology team, implements the German KMD manufacturing regulation and standards. For the manufacture of all products, the company implements KMD's technical documents, all products comply with CE safety standards, and equipment related to intelligent production lines implements intelligent control and module configuration according to Industry 4.0 standards.
The factory is equipped with the SMS-BICO non-woven experimental platform, which is set up by KMD Plastifizierungstechnik GmbH, with a width of 100-1000mm, and the number of layers of S and M can be increased or decreased according to the experimental needs;
