Zonpak™ low melt
FFS film is specially designed for the FFS (form-fill-seal) automatic bagging machine to make little bags of rubber chemicals (powder or liquid). The packaging film is featured with low
melting point and good compatibility with natural and synthetic rubber. The
little bags (100g-5000g) made on an FFS bagging machine can be direct put
into an internal mixer at the user end because they can easily melt and fully
disperse in the rubber as an effective ingredient.

Film is suitable to make 100g-5000g small packages with an automatic form-fill-seal machine, and valve bags are suitable for making 5kg and up big packages. These packages of materials can be shipped to customers and direct put into a mixer. So it can avoid opening the packages in the whole process, protect environment, save materials and time, help increase the core competitive power of the additive manufacturers.
