MACHINE TO CUT LEAFS, TOBACCO, HERBS MODEL MCP-1
We introduce the machine to cut leafs, tobacco and herbs. The machine is suitable for small and medium companies.
MCP-1 is very simple in using, persons working with the machine don’t have to make any complicated operations. Transport chains press the material very hard and makes a tobacco block. Chains move material forward to the knife. Knife is moving up and down like a guillotine and cut the material for slices. Transport chains can move forward and back which is very helpful during the cleaning and reduce the percent of material waste.
Machine have wide range of output size (between 0,5 mm- 25 mm). You can easy adjust the size of material You want to achieve. Machine can cut leaves, herbs, tobacco for cigarettes, cigars, water pipes etc.
The machine is available in 2 versions:
- Made all from stainless steel
- Made partly from stainless steel. Stainless steel are parts that have contact with the product. The rest of material is painted steel.
The machine is safe, easy to use and efficient. It’s very easy to clean.
